About Us

The Romance Music Academy was founded in 2006 by a young visionary musician with passion in music education. Initially offering only private piano lessons, the Academy has grown into private practical piano lessons for all grades, theory lessons for all grades examinations under Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, Trinity College London and London College of Music.  While the Romance Music Academy is well known of its excellent quality in piano lecturing, the Academy also offers classes for other musical instrument such as violin, and keyboard.  

2017 is going to be a very interesting year as we are now officially reintroducing ourselves as Romance Music & Art.

Graded lessons for Piano / Violin / Guitar / Ukulele / Clarinet / Saxophone 

Lessons for Grade-1 to Grade-8 candidates intend to enroll music examination. Both lessons for practical test and theory exam are available with our experienced and highly qualified teachers. Depending on the needs of the candidate theoretical lesson and practical lesson can be taken concurrently or separately. The classes cover all necessary skills as required by the examiners such as performance, technique, notation, listening, musical perception, creativity and innovation. Lesson are suitable for students of all ages.

 

We provide exam registration with the following examination boards:

  • Associate Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM)

  • Trinity College of Music (TRINITY)

  • London College of Music (LCM)

*All music graded examination and music diploma examination may be entitled for UCAS tariff points as part of enrolment application to universities in UK.

Adult Piano Courses

Courses available in 3 levels, with classes covering lesson understanding, technique, fingers strengthening drills, chords and playing styles, and songs including folk, classical and contemporary selections. Upon completion of the courses, the student will be able to play some of the most popular musics ever written and have good understanding of basic musical concepts and styles.
